If the sending agent is one of the international tie-up partners of Cebuana Lhuillier, clients may claim their money at any branch. Click here for the complete list of remittance partners.
- Visit any Cebuana Lhuillier branch and fill out the Pera Padala form.
- Present the accomplished form, valid ID, and 24k card (if you are a 24k cardholder) to the branch personnel.
- Give the total amount to be paid.
- Secure the Pera Padala form (and count the change received, if there is any).
- Provide the 10-digit control number to the receiver/beneficiary.

The sender may cancel or refund their remittance. The sender needs to visit the branch where the transaction was processed. Please be reminded that the service fee is non-refunda
The sender may visit any branch of Cebuana Lhuillier to change the receiver’s name. The sender needs to bring the Pera Padala form and present a valid ID. There is an amendment fee of Php10.

As required by BSP, Clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.

Pawning / Sangla
Maaari kang mag-authorize ng tao na maaaring mag-renew para sa iyo o mag-avail ng renew anywhere option.
Maaari mong icocoordinate ito sa iyong home branch. Ang request na ito ay ipapaasa pa for approval.
Paumanhin ngunit kailangan nyo munang i-settle ang obligation on or before expiry date ngunit maaari nyo rin itong icoordinate sa inyong home branch at ipaalam sa kanila ang iyong request.
Kung nasa branch pa rin ito at hindi pa nai-auction maaari nyo po itong i- coordinate sa inyong home branch.

You may claim it in any Cebuana Lhuillier Branch or thru our authorized agents or partners.
It usually takes a few hours or within 24hrs but may also depend on the availability of the funds and the process of the sending partner.
