PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The promo period is from April 15, 2013 to June 30, 2013.
2. Transactions included are:
a.Pawning – Pawn, renewal, tubos
b.Remittance (Sending) – Domestic and International Sending
c.Remittance (Payout) – International Payout
d.Insurance
3. Transactions in any Cebuana Lhuillier branch, Cebuana Lhuillier Express or Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala branches are valid for the promo.
4. Qualified transactions will be given an electronic raffle entry.
1 Transaction = 1 Entry
5. Each successful transaction entitles the client to join the promo.
6. Prizes are as follow:
• 8 winners of Php 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Pesos) Cash (1 per region)
• 40 winners of Php 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Pesos) Cash (5 per region)
• 40 winners of Php 10,000 (Ten Thousand Pesos) Cash (5 per region)
7. Customers can have multiple entries based on the number of qualified transactions during the promo period but can only win once.
8. Winning Cebuana Lhuillier 24k/24k Plus Cardholders will receive an additional Php 5,000 (Five Thousand Pesos).

REMINDERS:
1. Raffle entries are system-generated and are based on the pawn ticket numbers and PP control numbers.
2. Customers can earn as many raffle entries based on their number of qualified transactions, but can only win once in the entire promo period. If a person is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
3. The electronic raffle draw will be done at the P.J. Lhuillier, Inc. ICT Office 3/F SRVI Bldg. 156 Jupiter cor. Comet Sts., Bel-Air, Makati City 1209.
4. Winners will be notified through registered mail. They must follow the claim instructions indicated in the registered mail. They must also present a valid photo-bearing ID and its photocopy together with the original notification letter. Prizes can be claimed from any Cebuana Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier Express or Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala branch through Pera Padala pay-out service. Winners have sixty (60) days upon receipt of notice to claim their prizes. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Cebuana Lhuillier with prior DTI approval.
5. Prior to the promo, clients must ensure that they have updated their personal information (e.g., name, address, active mobile/telephone no., and birthday) in the Cebuana Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier Express or Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala branch where they transacted. The information of the client in the system will be considered correct and this will be the basis in sending the winners’ notification letters.
6. Employees of P.J. Lhuillier Group of Companies, Ad/Creatives Agency, PR and Media agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
7. 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000 shall be shouldered by PJ Lhuillier, Inc.
8. Deadline for earning of entries is until June 30, 2013.
