How do I send money (domestic)
- Visit any Cebuana Lhuillier branch and fill out the Pera Padala form.
- Present the accomplished form, valid ID, and 24k card (if you are a 24k cardholder) to the branch personnel.
- Give the total amount to be paid.
- Secure the Pera Padala form (and count the change received, if there is any).
- Provide the 10-digit control number to the receiver/beneficiary.
How do I know the service fee for sending money

Can I authorize someone else to claim my money
No, If the receiver or beneficiary is not available to claim the money, they may advise the sender to amend the receiver’s name.
Can I cancel or refund my remittance
The sender may cancel or refund their remittance. The sender needs to visit the branch where the transaction was processed. Please be reminded that the service fee is non-refundable.
Can I change the receiver’s name? How
The sender may visit any branch of Cebuana Lhuillier to change the receiver’s name. The sender needs to bring the Pera Padala form and present a valid ID. There is an amendment fee of Php10.
What are the acceptable IDs when pawning
As required by BSP, Clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.
