Designed to continuously cultivate a mindset and culture of innovation, We-Nnovate encourages employees to think creatively within their own functions, teams, and communities. Rather than limiting innovation within Cebuana Lhuillier’s financial ecosystem alone, the campaign creates space for employees across departments to contribute ideas that improve processes, workplace practices, customer experiences, and everyday ways of working.
At the center of this effort is We Champion, which strengthens innovation capabilities through communities of practice and centers of excellence that encourage continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. By recognizing the strengths and technical expertise of Ka-Cebuanas, particularly in emerging technologies and AI tools, employees are given opportunities to learn from one another in a collaborative environment.
