Guided by the company’s commitment to social responsibility, Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation, Inc. (CLFI) was established on December 28, 2000, through the directive of Jean Henri D. Lhuillier, President and CEO of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies.
As a non-profit organization and the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, CLFI has remained steadfast in its mission to break financial barriers and create meaningful opportunities for every Filipino. Through comprehensive financial literacy programs and inclusive financial initiatives, CLFI continues to build pathways toward democratized financial access—upholding the belief that prosperity should be a right for all, not a privilege for a few.

Disaster Resilience
CLFI champions a holistic disaster resilience advocacy that bridges immediate crisis relief with long-term community rehabilitation through capacity building opportunities. Community Development
Launched in 2024, CLFI’s Community Development Program takes a holistic approach to development by anchoring its initiatives on financial inclusion, sustainable livelihoods, inclusive education, and disaster resilience. CLFI works closely with community members, local leaders, and partners to ensure that every initiative responds to real needs and local priorities.
