Cebuana Lhuillier, through its parent company PJ Lhuillier, Inc., has achieved the Investors in People (IiP) Platinum accreditation—the highest level under the internationally recognized standard for people management. Developed in the United Kingdom and implemented across more than 75 countries, the Investors in People framework evaluates how organizations lead, support, and develop their workforce to drive sustainable performance. The Platinum distinction is awarded to organizations that demonstrate consistent excellence in aligning leadership, capability-building, and employee engagement with long-term business outcomes.
