STEP 1: Simply visit the official Cebuana Lhuillier website and go to the Money Xchange page.
STEP 2: Click “Reserve Your Foreign Currency,” then fill out your contact details, choose your desired currency and pickup branch, and upload a valid ID.
The rate will be based on the prevailing branch rate at the time of pick-up, ensuring you always receive the most updated exchange value.
Pick-ups are available during these hours:
Mall-based branches: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Non-mall branches: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
 
This applies to reservations made at least one day before your pick-up date. Please take note that reservations are not available on holidays and weekends. 
Please bring the following for verification:
  •  A valid government-issued ID
  • Your reservation number can be found in the Click and Collect confirmation email.

If you’re unable to claim your reservation on the scheduled date, it will be automatically cancelled. You can always make a new reservation online anytime.

IDs Accepted

As required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.
