50% DISCOUNT ON E-MONEY TRANSACTIONS

Mechanics:

  • Mag Pera Padala via e-Money service and get a 50% discount on the service fee!
  • Promo period: February 16 to March 15, 2013
  • Mechanics:
    • The promo is available to existing 24k Plus cardholders only.
    • The 24k Plus cardholder must be enrolled in e-Services and must have an e-Money account.
    • The first e-Money sending transaction within the promo period will get a 50% discount on the service charge.
    • Succeeding transactions will be charged with regular Pera Padala rates.
    • Employees of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, Ad/Creatives Agency, PR and Media agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  • Procedure (for enrollment):
    • The 24k Plus cardholder must enroll in e-Services to create the e-Money account.
    • Enrollment may be done in any Cebuana Lhuillier branch.
    • During enrollment, the client must present the 24k Plus card and register his/her mobile number, email address and fingerprint.
    • The client must change the temporary PIN before any e-Money transaction is made; follow the instructions printed on the enrollment validation slip to change the temporary PIN.
    • All SMS transactions pertaining to e-Money will be sent to the Assigned Number.
  • Procedure (for sending/creating e-Money transactions):
    • Buy e-Money at any Cebuana Lhuillier Branch to load your e-Money account.
    • To send via 24konline.ph:
      • Log in to www.24konline.ph
      • Go to the e-Money module and fill in the required information
    • To send via SMS:
      • Approach our branch personnel for assistance.

As required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.
