Cebuana Lhuillier’s 2012 Search for the Happiest Pinoy received an Anvil Award of Excellence in the recently concluded 48th Anvil Awards held at Makati Shangri-La Hotel on March 6, 2013.
Continuing it successful campaign in 2012, the Search for the Happiest Pinoy has always been recognized by the Anvil Awards. In 2011, the first Search won an Anvil Award of Merit. After its second run last year, it was awarded an Anvil Award of Excellence under the Specialized Public Relations Project category. Other winners in this category were ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc.’s Sagip Kapamilya Ondoy Relief Operation and the Presidential Communications Operations Office’s Jesse Robredo.
The 2012 Search for the Happiest Pinoy is a one-of-a-kind campaign that aims to rekindle values of optimism, resilience, and hope in every Filipino amidst different challenges and adversities in life. It has become the country’s source of inspiration through the stories of happiness and resilience from more than 13,000 nominations nationwide. Early this year, it also won a Bronze PANATA Award.
