Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all Cebuana Lhuillier clients with any of the following transactions at any Cebuana Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier Express or Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala from October 15, 2015 – January 15, 2016:

• Pawning – new pawn, renewal, redemption
• Remittance (Sending) – Domestic and International
• Remittance (Payout) – International
• Microinsurance

2. Each qualified transaction is equivalent to a raffle entry.

3. One hundred nine (109) lucky winners will win the following:

a. PRIZES

• 8 winners of Pangkabuhayan showcase
• 8 winners of Kitchen showcase
• 24 winners of Noche Buena package
• 24 winners of Media Noche package
• 5 winners of Motorcycle

b. CASH

• 40 winners of P20,000.00 each

4. The raffle draw will be held at P.J. Lhuillier, Inc. ICT Office 3/F The Networld Hub 156 Jupiter cor. Comet Sts., Bel-Air, Makati City 1209 at the following schedules:

5. All cash prize winners that are 24k PLUS and 24k GOLD cardholders will receive an additional P5,000.00.

REMINDERS:

1. All raffle entries are based on transaction numbers.
2. Clients may have multiple raffle entries based on the number of qualified transactions.
3. The client may only win once per draw date. If a client is drawn more than once on a draw date, the client will win the prize with the highest value.
4. The non-winning entries from the previous draws will still be included in the succeeding draws.
5. The registration fee and other related expenses on the Motorcycle prize will be shouldered by P.J Lhuillier, Inc.
6. The winners will be notified through registered mail. They must follow the instructions indicated in the registered mail in claiming the prize. They must also present a valid photo-bearing ID and its photocopy together with the original notification letter in the Cebuana Lhuillier branch assigned to them.
7. Clients must ensure that they have updated their personal information (e.g., name, address, active mobile/telephone nos., and birthday) at the Cebuana Lhuillier branch where they transact. The information of the client recorded in the system will be considered correct and will be the basis in sending their notification letters.
8. All winners have sixty (60) days upon receipt of notice to claim their prizes. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Cebuana Lhuillier with prior DTI approval.
9. Employees of P.J. Lhuillier Group of Companies, Ad/Creatives Agency, PR and Media agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
10. The prizes are not convertible to cash.
11. The 20% tax on prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by PJ Lhuillier, Inc.
