5.All entries received from October 1, 2021 up to November 30, 2021 in Cebuana Lhuillier on branch closing time will be included in the First Raffle Draw at the Area offices.
6. All non winning entries in the 1st draw and the rest of raffle entries received until December 31 on branch closing time will be included in the 2nd draw on January 14, 2022 at Region 3 Satellite Office, Phase 1A Pacita Ave. Cor 5th St., San Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna. The draw will be witnessed and organized within the presence of a DTI Representative.
7.The winner can only win once in the raffle draw. If the name of the winner was drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be awarded to the winner.
8.Winners will be notified through registered mail and SMS. Winners will have sixty (60) days from receipt of the notification letter to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favour of Pawncare Services Inc with prior DTI approval
9.Winners will claim their prizes at the designated branch stated in the notification letter. Winners must present one (1) valid ID and the notification letter they received to claim his/her prize.
10.P.J. Lhuillier Group of companies will pay the 20% tax for prizes that are above P10,000.00
11.The employees of P.J. Lhuillier group of companies, along with the agencies, services, and their family members until the second degree of consanguinity are excluded to join this raffle promo.
