February 8, 2012 – The Cebuana Lhuillier Bank (CLB), the banking arm of the country’s largest chain of pawnshops, opened its first Micro-Banking Office (MBO) in Imus, Cavite enabling immediate bank deposit and withdrawal transactions for clients of Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop.
Open from Monday to Friday at 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, the CLB-MBO promotes safer cash transfers between the pawnshop and the bank.
Present at the launch and blessing were Leo K. Escaño, CLB president, Rose Matias, CLB operations manager, Enrique Matias, officer-in-charge-credit development manager, Area Operations Managers Jun Aquino and Susan Anadon, and the staff of CLB.
