PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The promo period is from October 12, 2012 to January 15, 2013.
2. The following transactions in any Cebuana Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier Express or
Pera Padala stand-alone branch are included:
a. Pawning
b. Remittance (Sending) – Domestic and International
c. Remittance (Payout) – International Payout
3. Each successful transaction entitles the client to join the promo.
4. Each qualified transaction will earn an electronic raffle entry.
5. Prizes which will be drawn from the following regional groupings, are as follows:
25 winners of Php 100,000 each
a. Metro Manila – 7 winners
b. North Luzon – 3 winners
c. Central Luzon – 3 winners
d. South Luzon – 3 winners
e. Visayas – 6 winners
f. Mindanao – 3 winners
6. Customers can have several entries based on the number of qualified
Transactions during the promo period, but they can only win once.
7. Draw date is on January 29, 2013.
8. Winners with 24k Cards at the time of their winning transaction will get an additional Php 25,000 cash.
9. Raffle entries are system-generated and based on the pawn ticket numbers and Pera Padala control numbers.
10. The electronic raffle draw will be done at PJL Corporate Centre, 1782 N. Garcia cor. Candelaria Sts., Makati City with the assistance of Information Communication Technology Division (ICT) personnel. A Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative will be present during the draw.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail. They must follow the claim instructions indicated in the registered mail. They must present a valid photo-bearing ID and its photocopy, and original notification letter. Prizes can be claimed from any Cebuana Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier Express or Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala branch through Pera Padala pay-out service. Winners have sixty (60) days upon receipt of notice to claim their prizes. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Cebuana Lhuillier with prior DTI approval.
12. Prior to the promo, clients must ensure that they have updated their personal information (e.g., name, address, active mobile/telephone no., and birthday) in the Cebuana Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier Express or Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala branch where they transacted. The information of the client in the system will be considered correct and this will be the basis in sending the winners’ notification letters.
13. Employees of PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, Ad/Creatives Agency, PR and Media agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
