Domestic remittance
Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala is an easy, quick, and safe way to send and receive money anywhere within the Philippines. If the sender is a 24k Cebuana cardholder, he/she will receive a text notification about the status of the payout transaction.

How to send money (domestic remittance)
- Visit any Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop branch.
- Fill out the Pera Padala form.
- Present the accomplished form, valid ID, and 24k card (if 24k cardholder) to the branch personnel.
- Give the total amount to be paid.
- Safekeep the Pera Padala form (and count the change received, if there is any)
- Provide the 18-digit control number to the receiver/beneficiary
NOTE: The receiver/beneficiary is required to provide the control number and to present a valid ID when claiming the remittance.

IDs accepted
As required by BSP, Clients who engage in a financial transaction with covered institutions for the first time shall be required to present the original and submit a clear copy of at least ONE (1) valid photo-bearing identification document issued by an official authority. For our clients’ convenience, Cebuana no longer requires submission of the photocopied ID. IDs are captured using a webcam in all branches. Clients are also required to submit an updated photo and other relevant information whenever the need for it arises.

- Student ID duly signed by the principal or head of school (only for students who are beneficiaries of remittances/fund transfers)
Amendment, Refund or Cancellation of Transaction.
- Only outstanding transactions can be amended, refunded or cancelled.
- The Sender may amend at any Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop/Pera Padala branch. The client’s copy of Pera Padala form must be presented.
- The Sender shall pay the amendment fee of P10. Fee is subject to change without prior notice.
- Refund shall be processed where transaction was made. Principal amount shall be returned to the sender less the service charge.

Cancellation shall only be allowed in the following scenarios:
- Fund is not enough in the payout branch particularly for big amounts and there are no other Cebuana Lhuillier branch in the vicinity to process the payout.
- Payout branch is experiencing technical problems, e.g., power/ network connection is down.

Cebuana Pera Padala recipients can claim their money remittance from any of the over 1,500 Cebuana Lhuillier or Pera Padala stand-alone branches nationwide.
